Control
Journal Pages
Thanks to Eliza Badurina, of Moderngypsy
and IN(ner) Question
zine, who is applying and tweaking many of the organizational lessons
to be learned from FlyLady
to apply them more specifically to art girrls and stay at home artists
(SAHA), I have been motivated to provide you with some fun pages for you
to use in your mostly art-focused control journal as described at DoItNOW.
Please feel free to print as many copies of the pages as you choose. You
may also photocopy them. Just keep the copyright notice at the bottom
attached.
Once you have your control journal assembled and have used it for a bit,
please feel free to drop me a note at freebies@kurki15.com
and let me know how the pages are working for you. If you have tips you
wish to share on usin control journals send those along as well and I'll
be adding a tips section. Do remember to include your web site and I'll
link back to you as well.
Adobe Acrobat 5.0 is required to view and print these sheets. If you
do not have that version, the most
current version is available direct from Adobe.

may be in posession of the piece at a given time.
- Weekly Menu (Left Side) - since I
also use cooking to be creative, and being more organized on the home
front makes it easier to create more art, I've designed a page to organize
the food you will make for a week.
- Weekly Groceries (Right Side)
- to go along with the menu, keep track of the groceries you need and
make your trip faster by sorting them into the categories of your stores.
- Studio Supplies (Left Side) - keep
track of the items you want or need for your art studio, sorted by supplier.
Includes hardware and drug store headings in addition to art and craft
stores or on-line vendors. - NEW!

Stay tuned, there will be more pages coming in the next week or even
through out the year as I tweak and find what works for me and for you.
