Cream & Gold - Daydreaming
This second spread by Kristi in Darcy Ritzau's Cream and Gold journal uses found papers, a vintage postcard, tissue paper, glass and micro beads to achieve a multi-layered aged yet dreamy look.
Here is a closer view of the vintage photograph. Additional detail in the butterfly wings was drawn out with metallic gold colored pencil and fun filigree stamps were overlapped diagonal corners of the image.
This closer look at the right hand side gives a slightly better feel for the depth of this spread as well as the multiple textures and colors that were used.
