Mandalas
Mandalas are an art form that is often used for healing, meditation and spiritual exploration. They have been used for a long time by many cultures, firstly in the Eastern religions, but the Native Americans have long used medicine wheels and sand mandalas as well. The word is sanskrit for "circle." In the art world it is used to describe any circular art and is often symmetrical, though it is not required.
