  4. Wow, it was indeed a fabulous sounding birthday!! Yay!

I picked up a 6″ Weavette recently but haven’t worked through the directions yet. I like the idea of using up sock yarn scraps and eventually putting together a scrap afghan.

  5. Oh I know, isn’t the Inspired Knits great, and I was so pleased to see the XL and 2X sizes. It’s nice to have a variety of options.

  6. We’ll have to get a chance to look through one another’s new books. I’d like to see the Inspired Cable Knits one. :-)

My children stretch their birthdays out for as long as they possibly can and use all sorts of “but it’s my birthday” excuses. It’s an art form, I’m telling you.

  9. Kristy,

I too was in Boulder at Shuttles this past Saturday. I wounder if we were there at the same time? (around 10:30 to 1:00) I picked up the much desired “Heirloom Knitting” by Sharon Miller.
Are you going to have another sock contest? You have come up with some nice new designs.
