Crappy Week Cop Out

Filed under: Woes — Kristi at 5:22 am on Thursday, July 15, 2010

The past couple of days the heat has been brutal and the usual night cooling off period has been dampened by clouds. Not getting to cool off my brain at all (one of the disadvantages of working at home means no air conditioned office) has me cranky and crabby. Throw on top of that a few things going wrong and I’m exceptionally cranky and crabby and even more easily frustrated than normal. So, I’m going to cop out on the rest of the week and hopefully be back in a better frame of mind on Monday.

The photo above is a teaser for one of next week’s posts.

It is miserable, isn’t it? Take care and, hopefully, you’ll get cool soon!

Heat waves make me crabby and cranky, too. Blech! I hope the rest of the week goes more smoothly.

Home-made preserves? Yum!!!

It has been a crappy week, hasn’t it? Have a nice hermit-ude! Blowing people off and doing my own thing always makes me feel better too.

I here ya! Although I get to work in a very air conditioned office (which has its own issues of always being freezing) and I’m still super cranky. Hope you have a mind freeing weekend.

Hopefully your heat will break. I feel for you! Heat can be debilitating, and no a/c? Cheaper but not more comfortable!

I hope the heat breaks soon. It’s not fun to be too hot all the time.
