• Classes at Designedly, Kristi are available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and minors who have parental consent to enroll. Designedly, Kristi reserves the right to restrict, modify, suspend or terminate any student for violation of these Terms of Use.
• Designedly, Kristi will not divulge your address, telephone number or other personal information to any third parties except where the disclosure is required by law or is necessary to comply with legal process\; enforce the Terms of Use.
• In consideration of your use of Designedly, Kristi you agree to\; (1) provide true, accurate and current information about yourself on the checkout/enrollment form. If you provide any information that is inaccurate, or not current, or if Designedly, Kristi has reasonable grounds to suspect the information is inaccurate, Designedly, Kristi has the right to terminate your account and may refuse future purchases or enrollment at Designedly, Kristi.
• Your enrollment fees are non-refundable and apply only to the current term. This means if you are unreachable at the provided e-mail address and class communication does not reach you, you change your mind, forget to attend classes or for any reason are unable to complete a class you may take the course again at a later date but, you will have to re-enroll and pay the applicable fees.
• Instructors retain the copyright to their course material. This proprietary material, including but not limited to all text, graphics, sounds and viewlets is protected by law, trademark, patent or other proprietary rights and laws. You may make a single copy of the content on a CD or floppy disk and a single print copy, if desired, for personal, non-commercial use only, provided you keep all copyright notices intact and do not alter the information in any way. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, upload, republish, transmit or distribute this material in any manner without the written consent of the author.
• Students retain the copyright to their posted work. This proprietary material, including but not limited to all text, graphics and posted homework is protected by law. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, upload, republish, transmit or distribute this material in any manner without the written consent of the author.
