Shipping of all original art and books is by USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and insurance through Stamps.com. It is charged according to the following chart:

International customers (those outside of the US), please contact us for a shipping quote.

Domestic orders totalling over $200 recieve free shipping, regardless of weight.

Classes have no shipping charge as it takes place on-line. Contact will be made at the e-mail address provided 3-5 days before the beginning of class. Be sure your spam filtering is set to accept all e-mail from the designedlykristi.com domain.

Returns and Refunds

All items in original condition are accepted for a complete refund (minus shipping) if you are unsatisfied. All returns must be sent with tracking number and insurance within 14 days of your receipt of the item.

Your enrollment fees for on-line courses are non-refundable and apply only to the current term. This means if you are unreachable at the provided e-mail address and class communication does not reach you, you change your mind, forget to attend classes or for any reason are unable to complete a class you may take the course again at a later date but, you will have to re-enroll and pay the applicable fees.
