Spectrum Sunday…
When I reported in on my fitness for this week I forgot about the 1.5 hours I spent in City Park on Tuesday morning. It wasn’t get your heart rate up cardio by any means, but it was moving around and not sitting like a lump on a log in my chair on the computer or knitting, so I suppose that counts as well. My reason for heading to City Park was partially for my SPC for Tuesday as well as for Project Spectrum.
This mosaic contains 8 of the better images of green things I captured in City Park this week. I did come to realize that when I go to the park I should go with one photo taking goal in mind not two, as it kind of diluted the results of both. But I got a big kick out of some of the green things that were in the park that weren’t neccesarily the green like the grass and trees that you expect in a park. Did you notice those frogs or the dinosaur?? How about that green water fountain? Craziness!
I also didn’t spend as much time there as I did last November, but they were doing some road construction in the park so the roar of heavy machinery and the smell of hot asphalt was not making for the most pleasant of park visits either.
As usual, if you click that image it will take you to Flickr where the caption includes links to the individual full images which have a bit more detailed descriptions…
Once again, Happy Mother’s Day!
