Nethefield Socks

Do you know the pattern pictured above?

Perhaps this will help?

Or this one?

Pattern: Netherfield (on Ravelry)
Designer: Kristi Schueler
Source: Twist Collective Spring 2009
Needles: US1.5 (2.5mm) & US1 (2.25)
Yarn: Indigo Moon’s Tonal Fingering Weight, Buttercup <-- It's On SALE This Week (all tonal colors)!
Notes: The pattern is written in three sizes and includes multiple gauges so socks to fit a wide variety of sizes from child through large adult are possible. Leg and foot length are customizable.

Many thanks to Ashley who modeled the socks for me and put herself in odd contortions so I could get a “good” shot that looked spring-like in November! Thanks also to the Twist Collective team. It was a pleasure working with you all! And to Trish at Indigo Moon - the yarn was fantastic to work with and the color never failed to bring a smile to my face!

Wow, I haven’t done much blog visiting in awhile, but you’ve got some wonderful socks here! But then, it’s you, so why should I be surprised?

Hi, Kristi - I need a tutorial on the netherfield pattern. I bought the pattern from twist collective and I’m just trying to practice, first. These aren’t my first socks, I’m a fairly strong knitter. However, I’m stuck in the directions. I get lost when you have to make the long wide stitches that make the bee’s wings. It’s quite a little technique, ya got there.

I can also be contacted via Ravelry, and I’m “Yarnstrummer”.

Thanks for your great pattern.
