Busy Weekend…
It was a rather busy weekend this weekend so I *still* haven’t completed the second convertible mitten for my mom. It’s stressing me out a bit. Partialy because I try to ship to MN by the 10th of December and partially because I *really* want to have a knit stocking by Christmas Eve, but we’re also hosting Christmas this year, which means a lot of work for me to do that final. And, next weekend we have DH’s company Christmas party in Colorado Springs.
Can we say holiday stress?
I should easily complete mom’s mitten today, get those final gifts wrapped and packaged and then sent tomorrow (ran out of tape yesterday). I’m hoping to also get the beginning portion of my Christmas stocking done before Stitch ‘n Bitch tonight (I’m thinking of some lace work for the top, so don’t want to try do that while bitching, LOL). So, I better keep cracking!
